Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Alliances to join our dynamic team at Invisory. This role will be pivotal for the growth of the company in both brand awareness and revenue generation by establishing and nurturing partnerships with major Cloud marketplaces such as Google Cloud Marketplace (GCM), AWS, and Azure. The Director of Alliances will be responsible for forging strong relationships with key stakeholders and Partner Account Managers (PAMs) / Partner Development Managers (PDMs) / ISV Specialists within these marketplaces to drive synergies between their ISV partners and Invisory.

Who you are:
You are an empathetic and passionate self-starter who actively looks for ways to maximize our customers’ experience with Invisory and Hyperscaler cloud marketplaces while maintaining a stance of accountability and responsibility to adhere to the contract and the entitlements licensed by our customers.
You are resourceful and adept at leveraging resources, both internal and external, to answer questions about the go-to-market and co-sell motion with cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Marketplace. You are confident in your craft yet realize there is always more to learn and ways to grow, both personally and professionally.
Finally, you recognize that one may go faster but many go farther. Helping customers succeed in a nascent and rapidly evolving SaaS market is a team sport, and you openly share your learnings with the team and welcome constructive ideas to improve the way you work.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy focused on Cloud marketplaces like GCM, AWS, and Azure.
- Work with Marketplace teams to identify and source potential ISV partners aligned with Invisory’s ICP.
- Lead negotiations and contractual agreements with strategic partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including PAMs/PDMs, within Cloud marketplaces.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.) to align alliance activities with overall business goals.
- Drive initiatives to increase joint sales opportunities and create innovative solutions through partnerships.
- Monitor and report on alliance metrics, including partner performance and ROI.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience 5+ years in alliance management or business development within the Cloud ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Cloud marketplaces such as GCM, AWS, and Azure.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating complex partnerships and agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to travel as needed.
