Job description
Invisory is looking for its first full-time Product Owner. This person will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, understanding business requirements, and translating them into user stories for the development team. This role requires a blend of business analysis skills and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies

What you’ll do
- Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with Invisory’s business objectives.
- Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories for the development team.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that backlog items are clearly defined, actionable, and understood by all team members.
- Participate in team meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance and work with the team to iterate and improve the product based on feedback and metrics.
- Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product strategy and execution.

Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role as a BA/PO
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certified Product Owner (CPO) or similar certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures. An understanding of SAFe methodology is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma or similar tools.
