Invisory is looking for a Salesforce Ecosystem Evangelist to help accelerate our growth. Driving awareness and revenue for ISVs that operate within cloud marketplaces, Invisory helps ISVs streamline their timeline and approach to listing, launching and successfully going to market on major cloud marketplaces.
In this role you’ll be working closely with the Account Management team to ensure we meet and exceed our customer expectations in every engagement and deliverable. This role requires you to be comfortable setting strategy with C-levels but also hands on content creation like one-pagers or email templates. There will be an opportunity to help drive success for our customers in the Salesforce ecosystem but also in other ecosystems we support and manage partnerships with PDOs and ISV PAMs. For the first six months, you should expect to mostly be working with customers before expanding to other responsibilities.
Position Requirements:
- 3+ years working at a Salesforce ISV in an alliances role, Salesforce as an ISV PAM, or at a PDO in a sales role
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work autonomously, Invisory has strong thought leaders who will help but need a self-starter comfortable leaning in and creating relationships
- Attention to detail in both writing and completing tasks on-time
- Ability to think and act strategically, but also get stuff done. This role is expected to complete client work every day with the ability to manage 10+ customers at the same time

- Desire to work at start-up, comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to “roll-up your sleeves” to achieve goals
- General understanding of the Microsoft Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, GCP, and/or Hubspot ecosystems a plus but not required
- High school degree or GED required, college degree optional
What you will do:
- Own customer relationships alongside our Account Management team
- Lead customers in making strategic decisions on their AppExchange business
- Look for ways to innovate our offerings to 1) create new deliverables and 2) improve our existing deliverables
- Help the development team in their process of automating and improving our Invisory platform
- Help apply these to other ecosystems like Azure, AWS, ServiceNow and more
